'Hazajin' Festival turns downtown malls into thrilling multi-sport arena

The Ruihong Tiandi malls in Shanghai's downtown Hongkou District have been transformed into a thrilling multi-sport arena!

The second edition of the "Hazajin" Sports Festival – from July 5 to August 31 – is bigger and bolder, featuring 13 signature tournaments, 45 sports and over 200 immersive activities. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, this community-driven festival invites everyone to challenge themselves, get active, and enjoy the energy of summer through sport.

Experience everything from national-level youth competitions to traditional local games, and from high-intensity basketball battles to mindful eight-section brocade sessions.

Weekends bring lively challenges like the nine traditional Chinese sports games, trendy workouts, and the family-favorite Parent-Child Sports Carnival with Decathlon. Look out for headline events like the Vertical Run to the 36th floor of Ruihong Enterprise Center Building 1.
