Lujiazui Coffee Festival Brews Aroma of Togetherness for 10th Anniversary
The aroma of freshly brewed coffee returns to Shanghai's skyline as the 10th Lujiazui Coffee Festival kicks off today, celebrating a decade of coffee, culture and community.
Marking this milestone year, the festival introduces an all-new "5+3" dual-venue format, combining five days of outdoor festivities at Lujiazui Central Green Space (October 22-26) with three days of a boutique showcase at the Shanghai International Convention Center (October 27-29).
The expanded setup promises a deeper, richer cultural experience for coffee professionals and enthusiasts alike.
This year, over 100 coffee brands from 28 countries and four continents will gather in Lujiazui, Pudong New Area, from Melbourne to Madrid, Vancouver to Vienna, bringing with them unique flavors, stories, and roasting philosophies.
Visitors can meet ten world coffee champions, including winners from the World Barista Championship, World Brewers Cup, and World Latte Art Championship, who will craft limited-edition "Champion Blends" on-site.
Beyond coffee, the festival celebrates its 10th anniversary with creative "Coffee+" collaborations, linking with Jazz Shanghai, Notes Shanghai, Illustration Shanghai, and the legendary G318 National Highway IP.
Expect live jazz sessions, art pop-ups, fragrance experiences, and cross-cultural showcases that blend aroma, rhythm, and imagination. The festival will also unveil exclusive 10th anniversary cultural products, from artist-designed collectibles to whimsical "Happy Bean" sour gummies, embodying the event's signature fusion of design and lifestyle.
From Yunnan's mountain valleys to the Silk Road of Dunhuang, from the streets of London to the cafés of Seoul, the world meets in one cup at Lujiazui, where every sip tells a story ten years in the making.
