  • Submit supplementary declaration materials for inbound mail items;
  • Pay applicable taxes securely online;
  • Apply for tax review or return shipment if needed;
  • Access customs policy guidance for mailed goods.

No additional service charges are required when using the platform.

Things to know before you use the platform

1. The platform currently supports viewing only the mail items linked to the mobile number used to log in. Please ensure that the correct recipient phone number was provided when the item was sent. If there is an error, contact the postal service for assistance.

2. To track a mail item, simply enter the tracking number and verification code. At this time, the platform supports tracking for mail processed within the past year.

3. Functions such as "Supplementary Declaration" and "Tax Review" require multiple sections to be completed. Please fill in all information under the following sections – "Declarant Information," "Item Details" and "Supporting Documents" – before submitting your application.

4. To stay updated on the progress of your customs procedures, you can enable automatic notifications within the app. Mail status updates will be sent to you in real time via subscribed messages.
