The omnichannel ticketing system for the Legoland Shanghai Resort officially launched on June 14. Visitors are now able to purchase tickets and book hotel accommodation through multiple platforms, including the official WeChat mini program, official app, Fliggy flagship store, Douyin flagship store, and 23 authorized partners.

Notably, a more flexible ticket refund and exchange policy has been introduced. Visitors can request a free refund or change the date of their designated day ticket one time before midnight three days before their scheduled visit.

The resort will officially open on July 5. Conveniently located near Jinshan North Railway Station, it is just an 18-minute train ride from Hongqiao Railway Station or Shanghai South Station. To further facilitate access, the park offers shuttle services around the park, covering 7 kilometers and passing through Jinshan North Railway Station. Visitors arriving by high-speed rail can take the loop line directly to the park.
