The 21st Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition, running through May 2, has attracted visitors from all over the world.

1. All tickets for the 2025 Shanghai Auto Show are electronic. Visitors are required to purchase tickets and complete real-name registration through the official Shanghai Auto Show mini-program "上海国际汽车工业展览会电子票." ATTENTION! Visitors are required to purchase tickets in advance; same-day tickets will not be available at the venue. Ticket holders are encouraged to use green transportation to help ease traffic congestion.

2. All ticket holders must complete real-name registration by 6pm on the day before their designated visit in order to activate their tickets. Otherwise, entry will not be permitted. Once the e-ticket has been registered with real-name information, it cannot be unlinked or transferred. Please proceed with caution when completing the registration.

3. Visitors must bring valid identification with them (Chinese mainland visitors – ID card; visitors from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan – Mainland Travel Permit; visitors from other countries and regions – passport) and queue in an orderly manner for real-name entry using their valid ID.

4. Children under 1.3 meters in height or 6 years of age are eligible for free admission (they must be accompanied by an adult, and are not allowed to enter alone; their guardian must sign a safety commitment letter for children.)

5. Ticket buyers are advised to purchase tickets through the official sales channels designated for the 21st Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition. E-tickets obtained from unauthorized channels will not be accepted for entry.
