Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and cater to the individual needs of students
Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, diversity, and collaboration
Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback
Foster a love for learning by incorporating innovative teaching methods and educational technologies
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the school's curriculum
Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Teaching certification or license
Proven experience as a Primary Homeroom Teacher or similar role
Strong knowledge of primary education curriculum and teaching methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Proficient in using educational technologies
Adaptability and willingness to embrace new teaching approaches
