Shanghai has two main airports: Pudong International Airport and Hongqiao International Airport.

Pudong airport is located about 30 kilometers east of downtown Shanghai and is the primary international airport in the city. It offers flights to many major cities around the world. Hongqiao, on the other hand, is located only about 13 kilometers west of downtown Shanghai and mainly handles domestic flights, although it also offers limited international flights.

Both airports are well-equipped with modern facilities and offer a variety of transportation options to get to and from the city center.

The shuttle bus service was suspended during COVID-19 period, and hasn't yet resumed.
