The Shanghai Himalayas Museum will open an immersive art installation titled "Surreality: AI Dali X Discovering Dreamland Dali" on June 18 in collaboration with Sipa China.
The exhibition uses cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology to reimagine the world of Spanish surrealist artist Salvador Dali using computer algorithms.
Surrealism, cubism and science are fused to create a fully immersive, multi-sensory experience.
Artificial intelligence's influence on art is expanding in tandem with its rapid growth.
The Shanghai Himalayas Museum explores the integration of AI and art creation through this exhibition, encouraging public knowledge of artificial intelligence's role in art creation.
The exhibition is split into two sections: "Dreamland Exploration Journey" and "Nothingness and Eternity: Dialogue with Dali." It will run until October 15.
A total of 400 Dali-themed artworks are created by AI from 190 works of Dali.

To fully engage and appreciate the art, the show includes an infrared interactive display.
The Shanghai Himalayas Museum will host a variety of activities on the theme of "Surrealism and AI art generation" throughout the four-month exhibition.
These events include lectures, family workshops, art therapy sessions, movie marathons, plays and concerts, all of which provide guests with a comprehensive and engaging experience.
