In a landmark celebration of the 75th anniversary of diplomatic ties between China and Denmark, two of Denmark's most celebrated contemporary singer-songwriters, Kira Skov and Michael Rexen, will perform in China for the first time. Their five-city tour will include a stop in Shanghai on Nov 6.

Kira Skov, a leading figure in Denmark's indie music scene, has repeatedly earned the Danish Music Awards for "Vocal Release of the Year". Her emotive performances and distinctive sound have won widespread acclaim. Michael Rexen, whose music delves into themes of inner growth and emotional redemption, offers a compelling blend of folk and mystical chants. This tour marks the global debut of his first album under Denmark's esteemed jazz label, Sundance Music.

Adding to the allure of the tour is an all-star supporting band, including guitarist and producer Silas Tinglef, violinist Maria Jagd, and backing vocalist Henry Gibbs. Orchestrated under the expert guidance of Peter Littauer, owner of Sundance Music, the performances promise an authentic and immersive Nordic music experience.
