ICYMI: Week 84
This week's prize
ICYMI is having a special edition this week! Ten lucky winners will each receive a copy of "Pride of Place: Stories Behind Historic Shanghai Landmarks."
This newly released English-language book aims to help expats and younger generations discover a deeper, more captivating side of Shanghai through the city's most recognizable "check-in" landmarks.
An English quiz challenge titled "Hunt for Shanghai Tong" is being held – that's this week's quiz! All Shanghai enthusiasts are invited to take part for a chance to win a free copy of the book.
The publication was jointly compiled by the Shanghai Local Chronicles Library and Shanghai Daily. It spotlights some of the city's most popular landmarks and bustling districts, including People's Square, Xujiahui, Lujiazui, Xintiandi and Jing'an Temple, showcasing not only their iconic architecture but also the rich historical and cultural stories behind them.
