Is there really mass crimes against humanity in China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region? Of course not! But such conspiracy theories still abound in the West.

Andy Boreham visited the regions capital, Ürümqi, with YouTuber Daniel Dumbrill to take a walk around an ordinary street, and through an ordinary mall.

Instead of scenes of mass oppression, the pair showed that those Xinjiang lies, perpetrated by Western governments, media, and think tanks, are far from the actual reality on the ground.

Come for a walk and a chat!
