Cultural pop-up! A Shanghai Postal Museum-Louis Vuitton collaboration

Luxury fashion brand Louis Vuitton has teamed up with the Shanghai Postal Museum to unveil a limited-time cultural pop-up: "Louis Vuitton City Guide," a blend of travel, heritage and postal nostalgia.

Located in the heart of Hongkou District, this collaborative space, which was launched on June 7 and will be in place through June 15, offers a multi-sensory journey through the lens of Louis Vuitton's iconic travel spirit, set within one of Shanghai's most historic architectural gems.

Step into a vintage-inspired newsstand and travel library, where visitors can browse and shop the Louis Vuitton City Guide collection.

Featuring cities such as Shanghai, Paris, Tokyo and more, the collection is accompanied by exclusive travel-themed publications and collectible lifestyle items, each crafted with Louis Vuitton's signature design sensibility.

The postcard and stamp experience invites guests to collect limited-edition Louis Vuitton postcards, each adorned with custom artwork. Collectors who complete a full set of ten designs will receive exclusive commemorative stamps. On-site postal services offer the unique opportunity to send these cards directly from the venue.

A highlight of the experience is the China Post × Louis Vuitton collaborative stamp, which artfully blends Shanghai's magnolia motif with the brand's iconic monogram.

Adding a contemporary twist, the pop-up features artificial intelligence-powered travel reflections in collaboration with AI assistant DeepSeek. Visitors are encouraged to share their personal thoughts or memories related to travel, which are then projected in real time onto the exhibition's LED walls, merging personal storytelling with cutting-edge technology.
