Full Moon Magic Takes Over Sinan Mansions

Sinan Full Moon Week at Sinan Mansions, ongoing through October 18, features drinks and craft markets, art installations, and performances during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays.

This year's Mid-Autumn Festival runs from tomorrow through Sunday, and the National Day holiday lasts from October 1 through October 7.

Admission is free.

The market is open from 2pm to 9pm through September 27. Over 30 vendors will sell over 400 alcoholic beverages from 20 countries, making it a good afternoon or evening stop.

From September 30 to October 3, the focus is on handmade goods, with the market open from 11am to 8pm. Visitors can browse textiles, illustrations and food, shop for pet accessories, and explore crafts from Qinghai's Sanjiangyuan region, including black pottery, woven wool bags and incense.

Five moon-themed installations will add stops along the neighborhood's streets.

On September 25-26, Youguang Theater will present a production about reunion and companionship. Classical crossover music, jazz and a cappella performances are also planned during the National Day holiday period.

The Xiaohongshu Design Week features an exhibition inspired by nature that runs through October 11, from 11am to 7pm, at No. 1, Lane 507, Fuxing Road M. It brings together work exploring plants, nature and design.

The program continues after the holidays. The Great Beat Shanghai Tennis Lifestyle Season runs October 6-18 at Sinan's shopping street and Fuxing Park. A Polish tourism promotion event follows from October 16-18, from 11am to 8pm, at Sinan's small square.
