HOCH Burger Festival Returns to Shanghai With Over 40 Brands
Shanghai's HOCH Burger Festival is back with an expanded lineup, bring together more than 40 top artisanal burger brands for a feast of creative flavors and international tastes.
Last year, the festival attracted more than 1.8 million visitors over 12 days and sold 620,000 burgers. Following its first Shanghai edition, this year's event promises an even bigger burger feast, with new international names, exclusive creations, and interactive activities.
Three overseas brands will make their Asian debuts, while more than 10 participating brands will introduce exclusive burgers created for Shanghai. Highlights include the oversized Sanhuang Chicken Waffle Burger from Yakido, a brand under Hong Kong Michelin-starred restaurant Yardbird.
Beyond the burger, visitors can join the creative "Burger Building" activity, enjoy live music and themed parties, and soak up the lively festival atmosphere. The event will also team up with nine stores across Shanghai MixC, offering membership perks, gifts and shopping-related promotions.
With a diverse lineup of burger makers and limited-edition creations, the festival offers a chance for food lovers to discover new flavors and enjoy a causal burger day out with friends. Visitors are encouraged to arrive early during weekends and peak dining hours, as popular items may sell out very soon.
