PAC Easy Baking Festival Will be Back This Month

The start of the year deserves something soft and satisfying. From January 16 to 18 and January 23 to 25, the PAC Easy Baking Festival returns to Jing'an, turning the open-air space of PAC Shopping Center into a cozy bakery-filled escape that invites you to eat, stroll, and linger.

Enjoy six days of indulgence featuring 30 different baking and food brands. Every booth offers flaky croissants, molten Basque cheesecakes, naturally fermented sourdough, rice breads, handmade ice cream, pancakes, burgers, oden, Middle Eastern sweets, and more. The aromas alone will slow you down.

The festival goes beyond bread and desserts. Champion coffee, warming hot drinks, nostalgic handmade rabbit lanterns, bread-inspired crafts, and relaxed afternoon folk music turn the market into a gentle urban retreat. As evening arrives, string lights will glow across the plaza, and the entire space will take on a calm, golden warmth.

Photo moments will be everywhere – from the playful 3D bread-textured "PAC" wall to the architecture of the mall itself, where greenery and clean lines create a quietly stylish backdrop. When the sun goes down, the lights will come up, and the market will feel even more inviting.
