April 25, 2026  to  May 8, 2026
B2, 479 Lujiazui Ring Rd 浦东新区陆家嘴环路479号B2层

A city's skyline, streets, riversides, and everyday life become a living ink painting in Beautiful Shanghai, Better Life: Chinese Painting Exhibition on Shanghai Urban Themes.

From April 25, the exhibition invites visitors to experience Shanghai through 122 selected Chinese paintings. Blending traditional brushwork with modern urban life, it presents the city's skyline, riversides, green spaces, streets, and everyday moments as a vivid portrait of beauty, culture, and human warmth.

The works focus on four themes: dynamic metropolis, new urban spaces, harmonious green city, and better life showcase. From the skyline of Lujiazui to riverside views, city streets, parks, and daily moments, the exhibition captures Shanghai as a city that is not only fast moving, but also full of culture, texture, and emotion.

The exhibition is a dialogue between traditional brushwork and contemporary urban life. Through expressive ink and color, the artists celebrate the idea of a people centered city and invite viewers to rediscover the beauty of Shanghai in familiar places.
