Pop-up Cat Paradise Opens in Shanghai for Feline Lovers

A heartwarming pop-up cat venue named Super Cat Space has landed at Tiankong Vanke Plaza in Shanghai, gathering over 60 vaccinated cats waiting for cuddles and potential adoption.

These friendly kitties come from rescue shelters, closed pet stores and abandoned homes, carrying the core idea of "adopt don't shop."

The space covers three functional zones: a cat playground for close feline interaction, a DIY workshop for custom cat-themed bags and notebooks, and a pet supply shop with various cat accessories.

Cats are napping in every corner, but the moment someone walks in, they come over for cuddles. Sit down on the sofa, and before you know it, you're swamped with cats.

Visitors can join fun activities like cat trivia card draws and cat popularity voting. Regular charity events, including pet medical consultations and adoption fairs, are held to promote responsible pet care. Staff will brief guests on proper ways to interact with the animals to avoid stressing them out.
