'Punishing: Gray Raven' Brings Immersive Art Pop-Up to Nanjing Road
A pop-up art exhibition for the mobile game "Punishing: Gray Raven" opened at the Shanghai No. 1 Department Store on Friday.
Titled "Nocturne Gallery," the event is hosted by Bailian ZX and features the IP of Kuro Games.
Running through September 6, the exhibition combines an art exhibition, immersive interactive installations, and an exclusive merchandise pop-up store into a single fan experience.
Covering more than 400 square meters, with 80 percent of the venue dedicated to exhibition space, the showcase recreates the story through a walk-through environment.
Visitors can explore more than 60 rare artworks, including character designs, environmental concept art, and key animation frames, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the game's creative process from early concepts to the finished product.
Throughout the exhibition, the venue is also livestreaming the "Punishing: Gray Raven" Global Online Concert, while a range of themed merchandise is making its nationwide debut at the pop-up.
