CIIE mini program now available on Easy Go

Attendees of the 8th China International Import Expo can now easily access information of the upcoming expo through a dedicated mini program on the Easy Go digital platform.

Easy Go, an all-in-one digital hub for international visitors, brings together a wide range of services — from food delivery and public transportation to attraction information, ticket booking, shopping, and instant tax refunds.

Built on the popular Chinese mobile payment platform Alipay, Easy Go is available in English and supports real-time translation in 14 languages, serving visitors from around the world. It offers comprehensive, one-stop services for international visitors during their stay in Shanghai.

Prominently featured on the Easy Go homepage, the CIIE mini program provides seamless access to key information such as exhibition areas, hall layouts, event schedules, and visitor registration.

With the support of augmented reality, users can also navigate exhibition halls and booths at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai.

At 17 service stations inside the NECC venue, visitors can simply tap their phones on designated Alipay Tap touchpoints to instantly open the CIIE mini program and access a full range of expo resources.
