The Grand Final of the 2025 China University 100 Miles Relay will take place in Shanghai on Sunday. As such, parts of the waterfront pathways in Huangpu and Xuhui districts will be temporarily closed.
- A 3-kilometer Shanghai Expo Cultural Park area between Nanpu and Lupu bridges, a popular waterfront zone for walking, jogging, sightseeing, and public events. The running and walking paths in this section will be closed from 6am to 1:30pm on Sunday. The cycling lane will, however, remain open.
- Nanyuan Park's "Slow-Life Harbor" between Lupu Bridge and Rihuigang Bridge – a 500-meter quieter stretch designed for exercise, relaxation, and community activities, with spaces especially friendly for seniors. The southern part of this section, including all internal paths, lawns, activity areas, and the pedestrian bridge, will be shut from 4am to 1:30pm on Sunday. The park will reopen to the public after 1:30pm.
- A nearly 8-kilometer section of the waterfront boardwalk and pedestrian path, spanning from the north square of West Bund Dome Art Center down to Waimalu Road, will be off-limits to visitors from 6am to 2pm.
