Two senior citizens and a boy were saved by neighbors after being stranded in an apartment which had caught on fire in China’s Anhui Province on August 21.

Neighbors came to their rescue and brought a scaffold. They smashed the safety net open with a hammer.

They were rescued 10 minutes later.

The fire was caused by a burning cigarette.
