An Immersive Southeast Asian Bazaar at PAC

Shanghai is getting a tropical twist this winter as a warm breeze drifts in from Southeast Asia.

From December 12 to 21, the "Starlit Nanyang · Winter Encounter" Immersive Winter Bazaar will take place at PAC Shopping Mall, bringing a slice of Singapore and Southeast Asia straight into the Jing'an District.

Created by Singcham Shanghai together with PAC Shopping Mall, this 10-day celebration transforms the space into a Singaporean Nanyang street scene with glowing Peranakan colors, Southeast Asian aromas, festive sounds, handcrafted textures, and irresistible tropical flavors.

Across the bazaar, visitors will find a curated lineup of Peranakan craft sessions, daily themed workshops, and Southeast Asian specialty booths, along with cultural showcases from across the region.

International communities, expat families, and style-savvy Shanghai locals will gather for a season filled with creativity, discovery and festive cheer.

The event also introduces a robust program for business networking and community exchange, including a VIP opening ceremony, multinational meet-ups, cross-chamber cocktail sessions, and a Christmas social party connecting Shanghai's global professional crowd.

A highlight for food lovers: the Singapore Log Cake Competition, where the champion earns exclusive recognition and a chance to become an official supplier for the 2026 edition.

The bazaar's "Nanyang Christmas Promenade" will unite 23 international chambers with each bringing authentic brands, festive bites, and cultural stories to create an international Christmas corridor unlike anywhere else in the city.
