Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes respect, cooperation, and empathy among students
  • Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of individual students
  • Create a stimulating learning environment with engaging materials, resources, and educational tools
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate interdisciplinary activities and events
  • Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities
  • Attend professional development workshops and stay updated with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Teaching certification/license in Early Childhood Education
  • Proven experience as a Kindergarten or Early Years Teacher
  • Solid understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a positive and nurturing classroom environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school community
