A recent viral video about a tourist's lost phone has touched millions online, not for the loss itself, but for the two adorable videos she discovered after retrieving it.

That's exactly what happened to Yuan, a Shanghai tourist visiting Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, according to Jiefang Daily. After losing her phone, she was surprised to discover that the locals who found it had recorded two adorable videos for her.

"Your phone is lost, but don't worry – we save your phone," one of them said cheerfully to the camera. "So you need to post this video at China TikTok, ok?"

She did – and the videos immediately went viral, winning thousands of likes and warm comments. Even local media picked up the story.

Social media users were touched by the playful finders, leaving comments like: "So cute!" and "The world still has so many kind-hearted people."

The story didn't stop at the screen. Yuan later met the group in person. Young people from two countries gathered around a table, singing, chatting, and celebrating a friendship that began with a lost phone.

"I was so surprised and touched," Yuan said. "It's something I'll remember for the rest of my life."
