Please Note: In addition to the Center Court, Court 2 tickets are sold separately this year! Furthermore, due to weather constraints, Outer Court tickets for October 7-12 will be released at 12pm the day before the match and sold until one hour before the gates open on match day. Sales may be suspended if it rains. Please be sure to carefully read the "Terms and Conditions" on the ticketing page to avoid misunderstandings.

Essential Viewing Gear!

What to Bring:

· Crucial: This event uses real-name authentication. You must bring the valid ID used to purchase the ticket (mainland ID Card, Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permit, passport, etc.).

· Clothing: There's a big temperature difference between day and night at the venue, so remember to bring sunscreen or warm layers.

· Rain Gear: Bring rain gear if it's raining, but long-handle umbrellas are not permitted!

How to Get to and From the Venue

The venue, Juss Sports Qizhong Tennis Center, is located at 5500 Yuanjiang Road, Minhang District. All spectators should enter through Gate 2 (except those who have booked the ACE Pet-Friendly Area). We encourage everyone to use public transportation!

To assist spectators, a round-trip shuttle bus service connecting the Xinzhuang Metro Station South Plaza Hub, Zhuangqiao Metro Station, and the Qizhong Tennis Center is available. An additional return shuttle service will be provided from the Qizhong Tennis Center to Shanghai Stadium to ensure everyone can safely return home.

Entry Procedure

Present your valid ID used for purchasing the ticket (mainland ID Card, Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permit, passport, etc.) at the turnstiles of the spectator entrance. You can easily enter after passing through security and scanning your ID.

Attention, Center Court ticket holders! The Center Court ticket entrance is located in front of Glass Door No. 16. Please line up in an orderly fashion and present your valid ID for ticket checking before entering.

Outer Court Arrangement:

Spectators wishing to watch matches or practice sessions at Court 6, Court 7, or the Royal Caribbean Masters Training Court (Court 17) should queue along the "Masters Road" for orderly entry.

Pet-Friendly Area

Reservations for the Shanghai Rolex Masters ACE Pet-Friendly Area is now open! The ACE Pet-Friendly Area is an exclusive space designed for pets and their owners.

The area covers approximately 7,000 square meters on the north side of Court 2 at the Qizhong Tennis Center, with the Great World Pet Guinness Challenge Park taking up about 3,000 square meters. It features dog-themed photo installations and pet brand stalls.

The Pet Guinness Challenge Park includes three main zones:

· Play Area: A safe zone where pets can roam freely off-leash.

· Boarding Area: Professional supervision for pets, allowing you to watch the matches worry-free.

· Challenge Area: Exciting events to show off your pet's talents.

Location: The north lawn of Court 2 at the Juss Sports Qizhong Tennis Center.
