Fudan University Recruits Dean for School of Management

Fudan University, based in Shanghai, is conducting a global search for a new dean of its School of Management.

Per the university's announcement, the successful candidate will oversee the school's administrative affairs, craft disciplinary development strategies, champion teaching reforms, assemble a world-class faculty, bolster cutting-edge research efforts, and broaden international collaborations.

Eligibility criteria include a PhD in a management-related field, full professor rank, distinguished academic achievements with global impact, and a track record of leadership at prestigious management institutions. Candidates should also demonstrate strategic foresight, exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, and a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.
