China Eastern Airlines will resume direct flights between Shanghai and New Delhi, India's capital, starting Nov 9. Tickets are now available for purchase.

The route will be operated by an Airbus A330-200 aircraft, with three weekly flights on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

The outbound flights will depart from Shanghai Pudong International Airport at 12:50 pm and arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi at 5:45 pm local time. The return flights will leave New Delhi at 7:55 pm and arrive in Shanghai at 4:10 am the following day.

The resumed service reconnects two major economic and cultural centers, further facilitating travel, trade, and business exchanges between China and India.
