Standing 180 meters tall at the meeting point of the Huangpu and Yangtze rivers, Shanghai Long Beach Tower is the highest landmark along Baoshan's waterfront.

The tower's distinctive silhouette naturally evokes the Ding Hai Shen Zhen — the magical staff wielded by the Monkey King in the celebrated Chinese classic Journey to the West. This cultural connection has earned the tower its local nickname: the "Ding Hai Shen Zhen".

Featuring China's first vertical adventure park, the tower offers various family-friendly activities with Journey to the West themes. Looking for a fun weekend outing with the kids? Here's what awaits:

9F: Sky-high challenge course

A 40-meter-high aerial obstacle course that recreates the Journey to the West. Visitors, fully equipped with safety gear, navigate a series of climbing challenges before returning to the start via a 100-meter spiral slide.

A 44-meter-tall, multi-level net maze designed for children, featuring four distinct themed areas based on Journey to the West. This three-dimensional climbing experience encourages exploration and imagination.
